Enquiries and contact forms
When you send an enquiry, we process the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, event date or location, and message. We use it only to reply, prepare information or a quote, and take steps toward a booking when you ask us to do so.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. For general correspondence, website security and abuse prevention, we may rely on our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
How long we keep data
We keep enquiry data only for as long as reasonably necessary to answer and follow up on the enquiry, manage a potential or confirmed booking, comply with applicable legal or accounting obligations, and establish or defend legal claims where necessary.
Service providers
We may use hosting, email and technical service providers to operate this website and communicate with you. They may process personal data only to provide those services and under appropriate data-protection terms. If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we use an applicable GDPR transfer mechanism where required.
